What Have We Done?

We made a high-quality compilation of our music, suitable for your listening pleasure and aesthetic indulgence. We are supporting the "nicest" format we like and can afford: CD. This was not meant to be a "synth-only" recording, there are some Audio tracks as well! There is a CD-ROM section on the CD as well for the enjoyment of the buyers (readable on Mac and PC). In this section, each song will be present in internal Logic format. Of course, only the MIDI section will be made available.
Apart from that, we have included lots of support materials (a Logic Tutorial, amongst others!)

Our goals were and still are:

and in my opinion, we have succeeded rather well for Volume 1!

Who Are We?

Logic NETWorks Volume 1 was a group effort: many people have contributed to the project.

Copyright Protection

Basically: everyone has submitted at their own risk, which I try to minimize.
Each submitter is well advised to register works (in the US: with the Copyright Office of the United States Library of Congress; in the Netherlands: with BUMA; in other countries: don't know the names, but any BIEM office will do).
I will register the compilation as a whole with the Dutch BIEM-office (Stemra). I will assume responsibility for protecting the *compilation* (though I am unlikely to have the means for engaging in litigation), while each submitter assumes responsibility for protecting their own work. I will use my own name rather than Logic NETWorks since I am a defined entity. Submitters are free to have any copyright policy they wished (registered, self-proclaimed, or even public domain). The compilation does not affect any previous copyright arrangement.
